The name is Chef China. It's directly across the street from Hardee's. This place is busy which means it's good. Very good prices and lunch specials. Definitely the perfect take out spot. I wouldn't dine it due to the heavy traffic. Shrimp Lo Mein was good and definitely well portioned for the price. I want to try the short ribs!
